**Description**
**Schedule:** Mon - Fri., 6 am - 2:30pm (*subject to change based on production*)
**Essential Functions:**
* Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas
* Responsible to adhere to food quality and food safety as per quality standards and/or SQF requirements.
* Move, or shunt, empty and loaded trailers from the loading docks to and from the yard
* Operate trailer/ tractor in a safe, efficient and productive manner
* To conduct trailer inspections, load full good trailers, and offload
* Bring to managements attention, any hazardous condition that could cause an accident or an unsafe working condition and keep the working area clean and tidy as required
* To participate in, when requested, hazard assessments and analysis
* To immediately bring to the attention of management any damaged goods or shortages
* Actively assisting to continuously improve efficiency, performance, and reducing downtime and waste
* Promote enthusiastic, positive and proactive attitudes and team-based behaviors
* Commit to successfully achieving the goals and objectives of the team, the department and the company
* All other duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience:
* High School Certification/GED required.
* Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
* Clean driving abstract
Required Skills and Competencies:
* Valid Drivers License
* Experience in a production/warehouse environment required.
* Detail-oriented and able to notice discrepancies
Working Conditions:
* **Physical-**Continuously standing or sitting. Regular requirements to lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight.
* **Visual/Sensory-**This position requires the regular need to give moderate attention with one or two senses at a time.
* **Work environment-** Work and environment are very repetitive.
