The Role
The Senior Risk Manager position fulfills a key role within FI Risk, supporting the Policy Management Support team. This role has direct leadership responsibility for a team of content writers that support the creation of operational and written supervisory procedures on a predetermined basis. In addition, the Senior Manager will assist with additional risk tasks including assessments and internal control testing to continue broadening and strengthening synergies across risk related functions and teams. The role will participate in team development and contribute to FI Risk program goals by sharing subject matter expertise, industry knowledge, and best practices.

The Fidelity Institutional Risk Group is responsible for a range of risk management functions within Fidelity Fund and Brokerage Operations & Technology (FBOT) and Fidelity Institutional (FI), the division of Fidelity Investments which offers clearing, custody, investment products, brokerage, and trading services to a wide range of financial intermediary firms.
