Job Description

• Collaborate with the Data & IT team to maintain, enhance, or develop new processes for efficiently collecting and managing required data.
• Provide assistance to the Business Development and Commercial team by generating insights and reports based on leadership requirements to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support the BCCA Data and CAU Analytics Agenda by contributing to data-driven initiatives aimed at improving business performance.
• Create visually engaging and informative reports and visualizations to effectively communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their specific reporting needs and ensure timely delivery of customized reports.
• Work closely with the IT team to design and finalize various types of reports, ensuring they meet the requirements and standards of stakeholders
• Collect demand data and analyze problems to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
• Conduct internal and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of newly developed products or systems.
• Provide support in launching new products and communicate with internal customers to ensure smooth adoption and integration

• Higher Education preferably in Business Administration or IT
• 2+ years of working experience in Data and Analytics
• Good command of English and Russian
• Advance in Excel, Power Point, Power BI
• Strong analytical skills (sales analysis), ability to work with large amounts of data, attention to details
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
