What we do

We partner with big 3 consulting firms to design, develop, and maintain complex, heterogeneous, and client facing web-based automation systems that deliver social and welfare benefits to millions of families, nationwide. To develop such highly complex web applications we need professionals with broad range of experience and skills ranging from subject matter experts, computer programmers, project managers, tester, systems analysts and others. We invest in training our employees and retool their expertise to meet our project needs.

Role Title: Okta Engineer

Location: Glastonbury, CT

Duration: 8+ Months

Job Description:

• Experience with LOB architects and engineers, cybersecurity and API teams to analyse external applications and create and document integration patterns that align to Okta best practices and our cybersecurity and API standards.
• Experience in best practices for Okta Application and Authorization Server configuration.
• Experienced in to Travelers Cybersecurity and API standards.
• User experience impacts and considerations for large applications.
• Application impact of moving from using cookies and sessions in SiteMinder to OIDC and OAuth tokens in Okta. This includes fine grained authorization data that was previously in SiteMinder cookies and will not be in Okta.
• Work related to options for replacing the functionality of the CASSO Gateway (SiteMinder) based on Travelers application landscape.
• Provide reviews on the established patterns to engineering teams, architecture teams, and migration teams to establish a feedback loop into pattern refinement as well as to educate on proper use of patterns.

Job may require travel to unanticipated client sites with expenses paid by the employer. 40 hours per week. M-F. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Email resumes to [email protected]
