Job Summary:

Didion Milling, Inc. home to North America's newest and most technologically advanced dry corn mill and co-located bioscience plant is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for improving and developing process lines for packaging. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing mechanical systems, products, and tools.
• Process improvements for mechanical system such as packaging, mixing, etc.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency

Qualifications:

Requirements to help ensure success include:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing and or packaging environment is a plus.
• Experience working with combustible dust or other hazardous environment.
• Capital experience
• Experience working in continuous operations
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
