Crunch Fitness is currently seeking to build our Group Fitness team with
Energetic, Upbeat, and Fiercely Fun yet Challenging Group Fitness Instructors ! If this describes you, we're ready for you to be part of the team!
Benefits: - Compensation: $20 / class for full hour formats and $10/class for half hour formats

Certification Requirements: - Maintain valid CPR Certification
- Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (ACE, AFAA, or NASM preferred)
- Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable
Special Skills: - Energetic personality
- Passion to help other people achieve and maintain health & fitness goals
- Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
- Strong verbal communication & customer service skills
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a Brand Ambassador representing the Crunch Franchise to members, clients and potential members
- Lead and deliver a positive fitness experience through fun, safe and effective group training sessions using the Crunch proprietary formats
- Collect session participation data by member and guests for reporting
- Drive member engagement and retention strategies through focused promotions
- Maintain and uphold company policies, procedures, and class formats
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
- Maintain certification and/or educational requirements
- Maintain professional disposition at all times
