job purpose : As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of talent acquisition initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-quality talent across our growing footprint. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the company's workforce and culture, driving innovation and growth. You will have the opportunity to spearhead transformative projects that align with fairlife's growth objectives, including leading the talent acquisition strategies for our new Webster, NY plant. Influencing the future success of the company through talent, this role will foster diverse and inclusive talent pipelines, and leverage cutting-edge recruitment strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
