Your Own Mart LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting large and complex datasets to provide actionable insights that will drive business decisions and improve overall performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies
• Cleanse and preprocess data to ensure data quality and integrity
• Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to explain and predict business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and priorities
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data analysis workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and modeling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
