Full-service law firm in Monmouth County, New Jersey (NJ) is seeking a Direct Hire Corporate Paralegal.

We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal with 2+ years" experience with preparation of legal documents, and facilitating seamless operations across various responsibilities, from transactional closings to entity formations and case management. 70k pay.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents.
Support corporate attorneys in handling mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, and dissolutions.
Conduct due diligence and gather relevant information for corporate transactions.
Coordinate with clients and attorneys to ensure timely processing of legal documents.
Maintain and organize corporate minute books, stock certificates, and other corporate records.
Prepare and review contracts, corporate resolutions, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and compile information from internal and external databases.
Assist in client correspondence, notarization, and document signing.

Qualifications:
In office position.
Bachelor"s degree or Paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting, with a focus on Corporate M&A experience, including contracts, corporate entities, and document management.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe (specifically Kofax).
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff.
Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
