Job Details
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join our expanding legal team. This role will support our Chief Legal Officer and work closely with various departments to facilitate our company's growth and ensure legal compliance.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review various corporate documents, contracts, and agreements
Manage corporate governance matters and maintain company records
Support M&A activities, including due diligence and post-closing actions
Assist with legal compliance and risk mitigation efforts
Collaborate with multiple departments on legal matters
Provide direct support to the Chief Legal Officer
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a certified paralegal in corporate and transactional matters
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and attention to detail
