Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Superintendent to join our team and manage the successful execution of assigned construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for directing field operations, overseeing all on-site construction activities, and implementing rigorous site safety protocols. Your key responsibilities will include managing project productivity, adhering to established schedules, ensuring high-quality workmanship, coordinating and supervising trade contractors, and collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines for early project close-out and final acceptance by the owner. Technical proficiency in Outlook, email, and sending attachments is essential.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7+ years of construction experience as a lead superintendent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex construction projects
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Technical proficiency in construction management software and tools
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $104,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This position provides an opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
