GHC HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR FIELD-BASED CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT.
OPTIMAL CANDIDATES WILL:
1. POSSESS A STRONG WORK ETHIC AND AN EAGERNESS TO LEARN.
2. HAVE AN INTEREST IN HANDS-ON LEARNING.
3. HOLD A B.S. IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT.
4. HAVE AT LEAST 2 YRS OF COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUISITE CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE.
5. POSSESS CAPACITY TO INTERACT WITH AND REPRESENT THE COMPANY IN MEETINGS WITH OTHER PROJECT PROFESSIONALS, INCLUDING ARCHITECTS, ENGINEERS/CONSULTANTS, OWNERS' REPS.
6. DEMONSTRATE EXTREME ATTENTIVENESS TO DETAIL.
7. POSSESS GOOD FOLLOW-THROUGH SKILLS.
8. BE ADAPTABLE TO A VARIETY OF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS.
CANDIDATES WITH 4-6 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE (WITHOUT COLLEGE DEGREE) AND REQUISITE CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE ARE ALSO BEING CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
