Archon Resources is currently looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst(Direct Hire) to join one of our best clients located inTulsa, OK (REMOTE). This is a Remote - Direct Hire positionwith an Permanent position with full benefits including medical, vision, dental, PTO, & 401k)


Job Summary:

• Responsible for analysis, programming, testing, troubleshooting, modifying and implementing information systems components using complex fourth generation programming languages.
• Interprets specifications and/or customer needs to create, modify or change programs to process certain functions with a high degree of accuracy and quality.
• Solves production problems around the clock.
• Documents and communicates programs and projects.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering.


Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Obtain and maintain Epic certification in assigned application module(s).


Work Experience: 3 - 4 years related experience.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High degree of skill in at least one fourth generation programming language.
• An understanding of job control languages, operating systems, and programming tools is also required.
• PC Office Software skills are also needed.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Performs programming, analysis, project planning, and implementation activities which will result in improved availability of information to management and users of IS services.
• Develops/assists in the development of work plans and task sequencing; and determines to the extent which task may be performed concurrently.
• Performs technical testing during upgrades to ensure all programs continue to function correctly.
• Follows established standards relating to naming conventions, change control, and time reporting.
• Utilizes skills knowledge of application systems within responsibility areas to rectify production processing problems in a timely manner.
• Utilizes a working knowledge of computer hardware and system software to evaluate additional functionality requested by management and users.
• Prepares/maintains clear and up-to-date documentation relating to function and operation of application systems and programs for which they are responsible, including backup procedures to ensure recoverability of data.
• Provides project status reporting to team members, manager, upper management, and users as required.
• Also, provides time estimates for tasks assigned
