The Role:

You’ll work with mid to enterprise-sized businesses on lead generation, nurturing, and acquisition.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keyword Detective : Dig deep to find the best keywords and target audiences.
• Ad Copy Creator : Write snappy, engaging ads that get results.
• Campaign Launcher : Set up and kick off new campaigns with style.
• Budget Boss : Keep an eye on budgets and bids, making sure we're on track.
• KPI Setter and Tracker : Set goals and keep tabs on how we're doing.
• Performance Reporter : Share the good news (and the not-so-good) in monthly reports.
• Problem Solver : Spot issues and come up with smart fixes.

Keep Campaigns Running Smoothly:

• Cost Per Conversion Whisperer : Keep those costs down without sacrificing quality.
• Budget Pacing Pro : Make sure we’re hitting targets and tweak strategies as needed.
• Traffic Tracker : Keep the funnel flowing with plenty of clicks and conversions.
• Negative Keyword Guardian : Regularly update negative keywords to keep searches on point.
• Be the face of Ohm Digital: Deliver awesome support to our clients. Get to know their businesses inside and out, suggest cool new strategies, and rock multi-channel campaigns. You’ll be the go-to person, setting meeting agendas, following up, and being a reliable partner they can count on.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Solid experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts
• Comfortable with a range of platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Experience working directly with clients and presenting to them
• Know your way around Google Tag Manager and Google Ads Editor
• Good understanding of digital marketing, especially lead generation and the customer journey
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
